1.Purpose Vibrating wire type spot welding strain gauge is suitable for long-term layout on the surface of hydraulic structure or other structures, measuring the surface strain of the structure and simultaneously measuring the temperature of the layout point. Vibrating wire type spot welding strain gauge is of stainless steel structure, integrated design, grounding and lightning protection, small elastic modulus, good follow-up with the measured structure, and will not interfere with the original stress field. Spot welding layout is simple and reliable. 3. Structure Vibrating wire spot welding strain gauge is composed of strain gauge, spot welding flange, observation cable, etc.
4.working principle When the stress of the measured structure changes, the spot welding strain gauge senses the deformation synchronously, and the deformation is transferred to the vibrating string through the front and rear seats, which is transformed into the change of vibrating string stress, thus changing the vibration frequency of the vibrating string. The electromagnetic coil excites the vibrating string and measures its vibration frequency. The frequency signal is transmitted to the acquisition device through the cable, and then the strain of the measured structure can be measured, and the temperature value of the buried point can be measured simultaneously.
